Mama-Eats-Twigs: My name is Alicia and I am the MAMA who EATS TWIGS! Well, not quite twigs, but I am sure that is what a lot of people imagine. I am a wife and a mama to a awesome baby girl. After having my daughter I discovered that I had postpartum hypothyroidism and over the following year mild adrenal fatigue. In a quest to regain a healthy hormonal balance in my body, I discovered whole food as my most powerful healer.
